Scenthound is the wellness-focused dog care company launching its first Ohio location in Aurora. As a Member Associate, you’ll be the first contact for customers, selling memberships and delivering an exceptional experience.

We’re seeking motivated, coachable team players who can build relationships with dog parents, schedule visits, and uphold safety standards while supporting a growing network of Scenters in the Greater Cleveland area.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with strong communication skills.
• Ability to drive membership sales and educate customers.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or memberships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by educating customers on routine wellness benefits.
• Build relationships with dog parents and deliver outstanding service.
• Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce services.
• Oversee appointment scheduling with other staff and back-of-house.
• Maintain a clean, organized, front desk area.
• Follow dog safety protocols to ensure a stress-free visit.
