Scenthound in Aurora, OH is seeking a Member Associate to be the first point of contact for customers, selling memberships and delivering an exceptional experience. You’ll learn our routine wellness approach and help dog parents choose the right services while maintaining a friendly front desk.

About the Role

As a Member Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience. What You’ll Do

• Retail, hospitality, or membership‑based sales experience is a plus
