Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Love of dogs.
• Detail oriented.
• Good at multitasking.
• Reliable transportation.
• Team player.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service at all times.
• Booking appointments for Lodging, Daycare, Spa, & Training.
• Checking in & out dogs for all appointments.
• Bringing dogs to and from the Lodging area to the lobby for customers.
• Communicating with customers about their pet’s visit &/or health.
• Collecting, completing, & filing all appropriate paperwork & payments.
• Creating customized packages for products and services to best fit the needs of our customers and their pets.
• Inventory & reports.
• Cross Training in Other Departments.
