Paws & Play Dog Resort & Training Center of Fishers is seeking a Lodging Lead Team Member to ensure the wellbeing of our canine guests and oversee lodging operations. Ideal candidates will have a passion for dog care and previous leadership experience, contributing to a positive, service-driven culture.

The role involves ensuring high standards are met, delegating tasks, training team members, and overseeing pet wellness. Eligible for health insurance and other benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years prior experience in a lead position in a related field.
• Desire to further education in the pet care field.
• Active and able to adjust to physical tasks and elements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pet wellness standards and customer expectations are met.
• Delegate daily tasks to lodging team members for each shift.
• Accurately distribute daily medications and food.
• Independently implement all Lodging Procedures & Policies.
• Train new hires and lead shifts effectively.
