Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of sales, call center, or front desk experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
• Introduce pet parents to our services, philosophy, and facility.
• Convert leads into reservations using our sales pipeline.
• Sell daycare, boarding, and add-on services with confidence and care.
• Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries using approved messaging.
• Perform outbound calls for confirmations, follow-ups, and promotions.
• Track daily sales activity and maintain accurate records.
• Meet or exceed established performance benchmarks.
• Partner with leadership to resolve client questions or concerns.
• Support special projects, events, and community outreach as needed.
