Sydney's Leawood, part of Digs Dog Care, seeks a Front Desk Associate to greet pet parents and pups, manage check-ins/outs, and handle payments with warmth and professionalism.

You will support grooming, answer calls, maintain a welcoming lobby, and help with daycare activities. Weekend/evening availability and a love for dogs are essential; growth to supervisory duties may be possible for the right candidate.

Formación

• Genuine love for dogs and hospitality.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with phone etiquette.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience with POS systems and processing payments is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and check pets in/out; manage profiles and payments.
• Answer phones professionally and maintain phone etiquette.
• Support grooming by communicating service details and scheduling appointments.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Provide service information to pet parents and upsell where appropriate.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth handoffs between front desk and grooming areas.
• Document daily notes to support team communication.
