This role is equal parts hospitality, organization, and genuine love for animals. You'll set the tone for every visit, ensuring pet parents feel confident and cared for from check-in to check-out. • Comfortable using phones, computers, and POS systems in a busy environment
  • Comfortable interacting with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and move between front and back-of-house areas
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally (e.g., small dogs, supplies)
  • Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
