Job summary

Dog-E-Den is a busy dog care facility in Sherman Oaks seeking experienced Front Desk staff. The role involves welcoming guests, answering questions, and processing check-ins/outs with accuracy while ensuring positive client experiences.

Team members will handle cash/card transactions, manage daily reports and respond to guest requests. Physical activity including being with dogs and lifting up to 50 lbs is required, with both part-time and full-time options available.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in customer service preferred.
• Comfortable handling dogs and maintaining humane treatment.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and be physically active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns
• Record guest preferences in the system
• Check guests in and out, including resolving any late or disputed charges
• Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures
• Send out daily report cards to clients
• Handling of dogs on and off leash of 70 lb+
• Make sure the store runs properly and efficiently
