Job summary

Red River Technology seeks a seasoned Training Manager to lead and deliver comprehensive training programs for a DoD customer in a mission-critical defense program. You will assess training needs, design curricula, and manage the trainer ecosystem to enable the customer to deploy training internally.

The role requires a DoD Secret Clearance, documented training leadership, and experience designing manuals and teaching platforms for effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience as a Training Manager, preferably in government or defense projects.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Certification from talent and training associations desirable.
• Track record in designing and executing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage training programs for internal team and DoD customer organization.
• Conduct surveys to identify training needs and create training strategies/materials.
• Determine optimal training media and methods for individuals and groups.
• Administer and report enrollment and training program effectiveness.
