Job summary

Leidos is seeking a dynamic professional to support the DoD cyber defense training mission. The role involves developing curricula, performing training curriculum analysis, and creating performance objectives and evaluation standards to enhance readiness for Joint Cyber Training objectives.

The position emphasizes real-time execution aligned with mission requirements, with opportunities to work on DoD 8140/8570 compliance-related training materials and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4 to 8 years of applicable combined education and experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph.
• IAT Level II (Security +, CySA+, CND, GSEC, SSCP, GICSP).
• Must be familiar with the Joint Training System phases: Requirements, Plans, Execution, Assessments.
• Familiar with DRRS, JTIMS and JLLIS; Joint Planning Process (JOPP) and Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).
• Ability to travel occasionally to support exercise development events.

Responsibilities

• Provide cyber training requirements analysis and procedures for DCDC to support DoD and Command.
• Plan, manage, conduct, and update cyber training curriculum and materials annually.
• Support standardization efforts based on future capability needs and adversary changes.
• Maintain DCDC training databases for accuracy and timeliness of records.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues impacting training, exercises, and daily operations.
• Gather inputs from cyberspace operations to ensure representative inputs for mission proficiency.
• Develop and support training requirements, after-action processes, and task proficiency.
