Job summary

Armada LTD is seeking a Senior Level Training Program Manager to support the execution of the full training pipeline, including scheduling, roster development, and security responsibilities. The role requires liaison with military HR commands, ODTA/NDEA duties, and accreditation activities for COE and IACET.

The position is on-site in the National Capital Region with potential off-site support for exercises. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and logistics processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating complex training pipelines and scheduling.
• Knowledge of DoD administrative processes and personnel coordination.
• Ability to manage rosters, clearances, travel records, and accreditation activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of training coordination for full pipeline completion.
• Coordinate with military HR commands to validate requisitions and schedule training.
• Develop student class rosters and verify security clearances and travel arrangements.
• Support accreditation efforts with COE and IACET; prepare training metrics and reports.
