Serco is seeking a Systems Engineer for a DoD program, serving as technical lead and coordinating cross-functional teams. The role requires onsite support at the Pentagon up to 50% and a strong background in IT management, cloud engineering, and DevSecOps.

Candidates should have a Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, and 10+ years of relevant IT experience, with proven ability to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables for government customers.

Qualificações

• Active Secret clearance or interim clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience in systems administration, cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk management.
• Experience assigning tasks and delivering against milestones.
• Experience with Government customers, including leading meetings and presenting schedules.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Lead project planning and allocate resources to remain within scope.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and direct team members across groups.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues; drive timely resolutions.
• Serve as customer-facing project lead, communicating status to government stakeholders.
• Support evaluation and adoption of new technologies aligned with customer security requirements.
