Serco invites you to join the Special Programs Division as an SME Software Engineer, supporting DoD programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, MBSE, and software architecture across contractor teams. A TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility is required, plus a Master’s in Engineering and extensive DoD software experience.

Travel up to 10% CONUS is expected. You will also audit contractors, review designs, and develop technical documentation to shape program

Qualificações

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and current background investigation within past 5 years or under Continuous Vetting
• Master’s Degree in an Engineering discipline with 20+ years of DoD/government/DoD contractor experience
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 5 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsabilidades

• Oversee software architecture for prime DoD contractors implementing CI/CD for software pipelines in acquisition, development, and sustainment of prototypes, aircraft, subsystems, and support equipment
• Assess interfaces between software, firmware, and hardware
• Participate in software-centric technical reviews and transition efforts to CI/CD
• Translate operational requirements into system requirements documents using MBSE
• Audit DoD contractors for software configuration and control measures and verify quality accreditation
• Review system design software architecture and interoperability requirements
• Evaluate test plans and participate in system, subsystem, and component testing and data analysis
• Develop technical documentation, proposals, and briefings; provide engineering analyses and mitigation plans
