Job summary

SelectTech Services Corporation seeks a seasoned Project Engineer to serve as the technical authority and engineering execution lead for DoD programs. You will guide multi-discipline teams from requirements through deployment, ensuring rapid, reliable mission-ready solutions while maintaining design rigor and security.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of engineering experience, DoD program exposure, and the ability to work across government interfaces.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
10+ years of progressive engineering experience with 1-3+ years supervisory experience.
Experience as Project Engineer / Technical Lead / Lead Engineer / Chief Engineer.
Experience with DoD or federal programs.
Strong communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Serve as Technical Lead for assigned programs, overseeing end-to-end multi-discipline engineering from requirements to deployment and sustainment.
Translate mission needs into executable technical solutions.
Interface with government customers, subcontractors, and leadership.
Lead system architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
Ensure designs are scalable, secure, and DoD compliant.
Balance scope, schedule, cost, and technical performance with Program Managers.
Develop and manage technical baselines, schedules, and risk plans.
Mentor engineers and establish technical standards.
