Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Acquisition Management and Contracting Professional at senior level to guide high-impact DoD programs. You will advise executives, manage large, fast-paced projects, and lead a support team across acquisition initiatives and transformations.

Requirements include a Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a Master’s degree with 15+ years in acquisition/program management, including 10 years in leadership. Travel up to 25% may be needed.

• Secret Clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 15 years of related acquisition/program management experience including 10 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition management support to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services aligned with the customer’s mission.
• Plan and execute acquisition management and contracting analysis and transformation projects.
• Lead analysis of acquisition efforts and develop recommendations and final products.
• Prepare final products and lead meeting/workshop preparation and facilitation.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
• Manage customer relationships throughout project execution.
• Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to acquisition initiatives.
• Contribute to policy/process development and performance standards review.
• Assist with contract execution, program reviews, and performance assessments.
• Identify, lead, and capture acquisition opportunities during proposal development.
• Oversee project execution.
