Serco is seeking an Acquisition Management and Contracting Professional in the United States to provide strategic guidance and expert leadership across acquisition capabilities. The role involves overseeing high-impact programs, briefing senior government officials, and leading a client-facing team to deliver results on tight timelines.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree with extensive DoD/DoW program management experience, an active clearance, and a track record of delivering

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant field with at least 15 years of related acquisition/program management experience, including 10 years in a leadership position.
• Active Secret clearance or higher and US citizenship are required.
• Extensive knowledge of DoD/DoW program management, contracting policies, and application to development, production and fielding of major weapon systems.
• Extensive experience with Defense Acquisition management processes as contained in the DoD 5000 series directives and the FAR/DFARS.
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end including cost, schedule and performance responsibilities; oversee scope, strategy, and team coordination.

• Plan and execute Acquisition Management and Contracting analysis and transformation projects, including proposing, planning, assigning and managing task leads.
• Lead analysis of Acquisition Management and Contracting efforts, developing recommendations and final products.
• Lead the preparation of final products; lead meeting and workshop preparation and facilitation.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance management activities.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the execution of projects.
• Provide leadership, analytical support, and SME-level expertise to acquisition and contracting initiatives.
• Assist with contract execution, program reviews, and contractor performance assessments; mentor junior team members and guide clients through change management.
• Identify, lead, and capture Acquisition Management opportunities during proposal development.
• Oversee project execution.
