Job summary
ALL.SPACE is building a dedicated Sales Engineering capability to support its U.S. Government business. The Sales Engineer will translate customer requirements into validated technical solutions and support demonstrations for DoD opportunities.
Role requires credibility with government stakeholders, with significant travel and close collaboration with Sales leadership and Product teams. A security clearance is required; Top Secret preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales/solutions/systems engineering for US defense
- Experience with DoD customers (Navy/Army/Marine/Space Force)
- Familiarity with defense procurement processes
- Ability to translate customer requirements into validated technical solutions
- Experience contributing to RFIs / RFPs and compliance matrices
- Knowledge of satellite communications, RF/antenna systems
Responsibilities
- Solution design and sales cycle support across DoD opportunities
- Own or contribute to technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and proposals
- Support demos and field trials for government end users
- Provide feedback from field to Product and Engineering
- Ensure delivery and fulfilment hand-off with operations
- Provide technical enablement to DoD partners and integrators
