Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solution or Sales Engineer for CRM, enterprise SaaS, or DoD customers.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
• Fluent AI understanding: LLMs, RAG, agentic design, governance for DoW environments.
• Strong discovery and MVP scoping to define feasible architectures.
• Knowledge of DoW compliance frameworks and security posture.

Responsibilities

• Engage DoW customers to understand mission requirements and technical constraints.
• Map requirements to Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, Gov Cloud.
• Design and demo tailored DoW use-case solutions and POCs.
• Architect Agentforce solutions for DoW environments with governance and security.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with architecture content and demos.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Capture Managers, and CS in team-selling.
• Create reusable POC assets and best-practice guides for scale.
