Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solution or Sales Engineer for a CRM, enterprise SaaS, or mission IT company.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders from technical evaluator to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Engage with DoW customers to understand mission requirements and technical environment.
• Design and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with technical content and architecture documentation.
