Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solution or Sales Engineer for a CRM or enterprise SaaS company.
• Hands‑on experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
• Practical AI fluency with LLMs and grounding strategies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both executives and engineers.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain a DoD security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with A&D primes and large Federal SIs to understand program goals.
• Design and deliver tailored demos and POC solutions.
• Architect and prototype Agentforce solutions for A&D environments.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with technical content.
• Build reusable POC assets and best-practice guides.
