Qualifications

• BS degree or certification and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with software development projects or software integration in cloud/SOA/web-services or virtualization environments.
• DoD 8570 Certification Compliance (IAT Level 2/3) and TS/SCI with poly
• Familiar with system engineering documentation creation (VDDs, diagrams).
• Familiar with team collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, RocketChat).
• Proactive self-starter with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA Managers, Chief Architect and development teams in design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions.
• Practice SAFe Agile workflow with daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Plan and implement software requirements, support deployment activities and maintain secure, compliant code baselines.
• Contribute to code reviews, ensure high system test coverage and performance improvements.
• Assist in documenting technical solutions and working with Jira/Confluence for project tracking.
