Qualifications

• Must be DoD 8570 compliant at IA Technical (IAT) Level 2 and IA Management (IAM) Level 2.
• Experience on a DoD/DIA DevSecOps development team.
• Understanding of Oracle and CENTOS based architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science with eight years of experience or equivalent.
• Extensive program/application operations experience (8+ years).
• Experience in the Intelligence Community is a plus.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and conflict management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports software and web architecture development, requirements analysis, and tool evaluation.
• Interacts with customers and development team to gather and define requirements.
• Analyzes customer requirements to select effective software technologies.
• Designs, creates, tests, and maintains software and web applications.
• Follows formal design processes and adheres to standards for software delivery.
• Coordinates components into a cohesive site design.
• Develops intuitive, content-rich user interfaces with good navigation.
• Maintains software documentation and CM throughout the lifecycle.
• Provides training materials for ESOC technical staff as needed.
• Participates in DevSecOps practices during design phases.
