Job summary

Leidos seeks a Network Support Analyst to support DISA-provided GIG and DISN services at Scott AFB, IL. The role emphasizes 24x7 operations, IP/SATCOM network configuration, and DoD SATCOM gateway coordination.

The candidate must hold an active Secret clearance and DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification at start. High school diploma with 2–4 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2-4 years of experience.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification required at start date.
• Must have active Secret clearance.
• Experience with MILSATCOM encryption devices and SATCOM architecture.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets using DISA ticketing applications for problem tracking and resolution.
• Monitor network events and element management in real time on a 24x7x365 basis.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls and voice equipment for IP networks.
• Configure and issue options for SATCOM modem files and settings.
• Remotely access and de-access customers into IP/SATCOM networks.
• Collaborate with DoD SATCOM Gateway facilities and deployed operators to troubleshoot issues.
• Verify equipment operates in baseline configuration.
