Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Implementations Network Engineer at Scott AFB, IL to oversee installation, configuration, testing, monitoring and servicing of network equipment for projects supporting DoD networks. This role requires U.S.

citizenship and an active Secret clearance to start, plus BS degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience and DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification. Candidates will coordinate with DISA stakeholders, configure Cisco and Juniper devices, manage IP addressing, and

Qualifications

BS degree or equivalent experience with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of DoD network standards and protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPN).
Active Secret clearance and DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification required.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Oversee installation, configuration, testing, monitoring of network equipment for DoD projects.
Coordinate ITA activities, reporting, and activation data input per DISA standards.
Configure out-of-band management networks on Cisco and Juniper devices.
Upgrade device software and manage IP addressing schemes.
Engage with DISA project managers and ensure clear POC for locations.
