Qualifications

• Secret clearance is required.
• 5 or more years of experience supporting DoD or other Federal agencies.
• DoW Correspondence and Records: DoD/federal government protocols, records management, and task workflows.
• CATMS: Proficiency with Correspondence and Task Management System or similar system.
• Bachelor’s degree is desired.
• Experience with ORF tracking is highly desirable.
• Excellent editing, formatting, and proofreading skills with a zero-error threshold for high-level documents.

Responsibilities

• Administer CATMS correspondence and suspense actions.
• Provide executive administrative support to the Director and senior staff.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and logistics.
• Lead DoW records management implementation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate travel and official orders in line with JTR.
• Oversee ORF program tracking and compliance.
• Develop briefing materials and prepare operational packages.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
