Job summary

SarelaTech seeks a highly skilled Hybrid Multi-Cloud Engineer SME to support DoD cloud modernization initiatives in Fort Belvoir, VA or Albuquerque, NM. This senior role designs, engineers, implements, and sustains secure Microsoft Azure cloud solutions within classified environments.

The candidate must have deep Azure architecture expertise, hybrid identity experience, and knowledge of RMF/ STIGs. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12–15 years of relevant experience or Masters with 10–13 years.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• Current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Five+ years designing and implementing Azure enterprise cloud Solutions.
• Experience architecting hybrid Azure environments.
• Experience with Entra ID, Entra Connect, AD, IAM/EICAM solutions.
• Experience with IaC: Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, engineer, and implement secure Azure cloud solutions for DoD missions.
• Design and deploy green-field Azure environments and hybrid architectures.
• Implement enterprise identity solutions using Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Develop and enforce Zero Trust controls and PAM for just-in-time access.
• Create Azure Landing Zones and governance models following CAF/Well-Architected guides.
• Produce IaC using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates; maintain automation.
