Job summary

SarelaTech is seeking a Hybrid Multi-Cloud Engineer SME to advance DoD cloud modernization with secure Azure solutions. You will design, implement, and sustain hybrid cloud architectures and identity governance across enterprise environments.

Candidates should have Top Secret/SCI clearance, Azure architecture expertise, and experience in RMF, STIGs, and JIT access. Join a mission-focused team delivering secure cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field with substantial DoD relevance.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification and Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• At least five years designing and implementing Microsoft Azure enterprise cloud solutions.
• Experience with Entra ID governance, hybrid identity, and ABAC/RBAC in DoD contexts.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, RMF, STIGs, and cloud security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, engineer, and implement secure Microsoft Azure cloud solutions for DoD missions.
• Design green-field Azure environments and hybrid architectures integrating on-premise and cloud services.
• Implement Entra ID governance, including Access Reviews and Lifecycle Workflows.
• Develop IaC using Terraform, Azure Bicep, or ARM templates for scalable deployments.
• Configure Azure networking (ExpressRoute, VPN, Azure Firewall) and security controls.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, systems engineering, and development teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions.
• Support Authority to Operate activities and RMF/STIG compliance.
