• 10+ years in government contracting/proposal management.
• Experience developing DoD federal proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead full proposal lifecycle from RFP release to submission.
• Develop schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, content plans.
• Write, edit, and review executive summaries, staffing plans, past performance, and corporate experience.
• Coordinate with SMEs, program managers, and BD teams to gather content.
• Conduct compliance reviews to satisfy solicitation requirements.
