Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in government procurement and contract review.
• Experience negotiating terms, reviewing cost proposals, and contract modifications.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; TS preferred.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage terms and conditions for DoD R&D contracts and OTAs.
• Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Draft and process contract modifications to meet evolving project needs and compliance standards.
• Analyze procurement policies, procedures, and regulations to optimize contract performance and compliance.
• Evaluate and assess proposed costs and prices to ensure fairness and reasonableness.
• Prepare and maintain contract file documentation in compliance with FAR/DFARS and other policies.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required, TS preferred; Bachelor's degree.
