Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Technical Site Lead in Hampton Roads, VA to serve as the on-site manager and primary contact with the COR and government stakeholders. You will oversee task execution, staffing, scheduling, and quality control across all task areas, ensuring compliance with reporting, documentation, and deliverables for the contract.

Qualifications

8+ years IT project or operations management in DoD or federal setting.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams supporting enterprise IT operations.
Interfacing with Government CORs, producing deliverables, and managing risk, quality, and schedules.
Familiarity with DISA mission, SOPs, and Joint Staff support requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary on-site manager and central point of contact with the COR and Government stakeholders.
Oversee task execution, staffing, scheduling, and quality control across all task areas.
Validate completion of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and BRDs.
Ensure compliance with reporting, documentation, and deliverables across the contract.
Lead daily standups and weekly syncs, maintain situational awareness, and enforce escalation protocols.
Coordinate VIP and COOP support activities and manage on-call rotations for continuity of operations.
