Job summary

Accelera Solutions in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Network Engineer to support the End User Monitoring Operation Center (EUMOC) in a 24/7 DoD environment. Active DoD secret clearance required.

The role follows a 6am–6pm shift with a three days on/three days off pattern; a trial allows limited remote work, with potential changes later in the year. You will serve as the C2 liaison for the EITaaS contract with the DoD, monitor incidents, and coordinate with the Watch Officer.

Qualifications

• Requires active DoD secret clearance.
• Experience in DoD Azure Cloud and Office 365 environments.
• Proven track record in Major Incident management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate response efforts using Microsoft Teams during outages and daily ops.
• Maintain operational awareness of C2 activities with the Watch Officer.
• Operate in rotating roles (Change Manager, Incident Manager, etc.) and step in as Watch Officer when needed.
• Monitor Honeycomb and ServiceNow dashboards for alerts and incidents.
• Provide communications to senior leadership during outages and changes.
