Job summary

Total Force Alliance, LLC is recruiting for Network Engineer III to support the DISA-provided GIG services in the DGOC. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and a 24x7 shift readiness in a high-availability environment.

You will handle circuit configurations, rapid rerouting, and coordination with DoD and contractors to ensure maximal network uptime across routers, switches, and multiplexers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Available for 24x7 shift work.
• Strong understanding of Transport and IP network topologies.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Execute network operations including configuration of circuits, routers, and switches.
• Perform real-time circuit redesign to restore connectivity during outages.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers and agencies to maximize network availability.
• Monitor network alarms using platform management tools.
• Manage changes including hardware/software configurations and ASI.
• Document outages and resolutions in incident management systems.
• Assess network incidents and propose resolutions across Cisco/Juniper/telecom equipment.
