Job summary

T2S Solutions is seeking an IT Support Specialist (1TS) to join the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) team. You will provide around-the-clock IT support, manage access credentials across secure networks, and assist in ensuring NAVWAR related systems operate reliably.

The role requires handling sensitive information and working within classified environments. The ideal candidate will hold an HS with Information Assurance Level Technician I certification and a DoD security clearance, and will

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling IAT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal and external help desk tickets and ensure timely closeout.
• Provide 24/7/365 IT support to JNOC.
• Manage credential issuance (logon credentials, SIPR tokens) across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS.
• Oversee IA certificate renewals and ensure compliance with IAT requirements.
• Support COOP IT needs for JNWC and assist with IT procurement processes.
• Provide training materials for hardware and software applications.
