Job summary

T2S Solutions is seeking an IT Support Specialist (1TS) to join the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) team. You will provide around-the-clock IT support, manage access credentials across secure networks, and assist in ensuring NAVWAR related systems operate reliably.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal and external help desk tickets and ensure timely closeout.
• Provide 24/7/365 IT support to JNOC.
• Manage credential issuance (logon credentials, SIPR tokens) across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS.
• Oversee IA certificate renewals and ensure compliance with IAT requirements.
• Support COOP IT needs for JNWC and assist with IT procurement processes.
• Provide training materials for hardware and software applications.

Summary
T2S Solutions is seeking to hire a IT Support Specialist (1TS) in support of the Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC). The JNWC is chartered to enable positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) and NAVWAR superiority to the Department of Defense, Combatant Commanders, Joint Force Commanders, the Coalition and the Interagency. You will be a part of our team’s efforts to empower the Department of Defense’s navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission ensuring positioning, navigation and timing superiority. Our mission is to provide combatant commanders and joint force commanders with subject matter expertise on planning and conducting NAVWAR by providing knowledge of friendly and enemy NAVWAR Order of Battle and PNT-related successes and threats.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal and external help desk ticketing and closeout, maintain help desk log, oversee issuance of log on credentials and SIPR tokens to users across all systems (NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS)
• Ability to access sites, tools, and data up to the SECRET classification level
• Provide 24/7/365 IT support to JNOC
• Oversee Information Assurance certificate renewal
• Maintains IAT Level I Certification and continuing education requirements
• Supports all JNWC Continuity of Operations (COOP) IT needs
• Performs routine inspection of IT equipment and classified processing areas
• Supports all J6 planning and resource allocation efforts and provide recommendations for technology improvements
• Oversees IT procurement requests and processes
• Provides training and necessary instruction material for hardware and software applications

Qualifications

• HS & Information Assurance Level Technician Level I Certified
• Must have one of the following IAT Level I Certifications: CompTIA A+/CompTIA Network+/EC-Council CND; requires IAT Level II and/or [DoD 8570 or DoD 8140 certification]
• Current DoD issued Security Clearance
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment
