Job summary

Bowhead Family of Companies seeks a Customer Technical Support Specialist (NEN) in Dahlgren, VA to provide desktop and helpdesk support for NSWCDD. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist users with data migrations and system refreshes.
• Monitor helpdesk mailbox for timely user support.
• Provide public folder and share drive management; administer permissions.
• Develop and maintain IT procedures for the organization.
• Support data calls and information management activities.
• Prepare monthly progress/status reports.
