Job summary

V2X seeks a Computer Systems Analyst/Helpdesk Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting Navy Strike Planning and Execution Systems. You’ll answer calls, analyze system components, and provide on-site and remote support for Navy installations.

Qualifications include DoD IT experience, 3+ years of 24/7 help desk, and the ability to obtain DoD 8570 IATII certification within three months. Travel across CONUS/OCONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher certification in a technical field with DoD relevance.
• Experience supporting DoD IT systems, NAVMPS/JMPS, or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IATII certification within 3 months of start date (Security+, CISSP, etc).
• 3+ years of 24/7/365 help desk or on-site support for DOD C4ISR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support for Navy systems administration and installations.
• Analyze and document software function and admin tasks for the Strike Planning and Execution Systems environment.
• Coordinate with government Program Office personnel and military staff to gather requirements.
• Prepare documentation for installation, testing, service transition, and disaster recovery.
• Assist with asset tracking and inventory of government furnished equipment.
• Deliver on-site training and remote support for deployed personnel and aircrew.
