Job summary

WisEngineering, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Engineer / Drafter to support ECP documentation, TDP updates, and government workflows at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ. The role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance; you will work on-site as a direct W2 employee.

Responsibilities include drafting and updating 2D drawings and 3D CAD models using AutoCAD, Creo, and Windchill, processing ECPs, RFVs, and ERRs, and collaborating with DEVCOM AC and other agencies to

Qualifications

• Degree in ME or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience with ECP, RFV, and ERR processes.
• Experience with 2D drawings and 3D CAD modeling.

Responsibilities

• Complete and execute ECPs, RFVs, and ERRs per government workflows.
• Update 2D drawings and 3D CAD models per approved ECP specifications.
• Analyze workflows and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with government agencies (DEVCOM AC, DLA, AMC) to ensure TDP accuracy and compliance.
