CCI Facility Support Services, LLC is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to design, integrate, and manage complex mechanical and electrical systems. Proficiency in CREO and ANSYS, plus strong GD&T and geometrical tolerancing skills, are essential for successful system integration.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or equivalent field of study.
• Minimum of 3 years engineering experience in a manufacturing/R&D background.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to pass background checks and access customer facilities.
• Up to 25% travel within US and Canada.
• Proficient in CREO or equivalent CAD software.
• Strong understanding of standard drawing practices and the ability to read, interpret, and create complex component and assembly drawings.
• Competent in kinematic analysis and GD&T principles.
• Experience in program management, with the ability to manage projects, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly.
• Skilled in ANSYS or similar software for performing structural analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Use CREO or equivalent CAD software to design, interpret, and create drawings.
• Apply GD&T and kinematic analysis to ensure accuracy of mechanical systems.
• Conduct structural analysis using ANSYS or similar software.
• Integrate electrical circuits into mechanical systems for compatibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage engineering programs, deadlines, and resources across multiple tasks.
• Present technical findings and reports to internal teams and clients.
• Apply aerodynamics knowledge to optimize system designs.
• Ensure designs facilitate production with optimized manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with standard drawing practices and provide guidance on drawings.
