Job summary

Alutiiq Information Management, LLC is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support the FORGE Additive Manufacturing Facility at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. You will install, configure, and maintain client/server systems, manage accounts, and ensure security and availability across networked environments.

Responsibilities include backup/recovery, malware remediation, and user support via multiple channels. Prior experience with AD/Exchange/Teams and Service Manager is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology or related field/equivalency.
• Desirable US Navy A and C schools or other DoD IT training.
• Two to five years of related experience in IT support.
• Current Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains client/server configurations.
• Manages accounts, firewalls, patches; creates AD, Exchange, and Teams accounts.
• Provides desktop and software support to users via multiple channels.
• Performs backup and recovery tasks; applies security controls.
• Supports system security analysis, testing, and maintenance.
• Responds to malware incidents and remediates infected systems.
• Supports video conferences and AV equipment; assists with IT issues.
• Utilizes Service Manager for ticket resolutions and updates.
