Job summary

Alutiiq Information Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, is seeking a Material Coordinator to support NIWC in Oahu, Hawaii. The role focuses on material flow, warehousing, and PLM in a DoD environment.

The candidate must have 10 years in logistics, U.S. citizenship, a SECRET clearance (or ability to obtain), and strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills. HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. citizenship and SECRET clearance or ability to obtain.
• 10 years of logistic support experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules and determine material requirements or overdue items.
• Requisition material and establish delivery sequences based on priorities and material availability.
• Ensure on-time delivery of support materials and maintain records of property, maintenance, and operations.
• Support compliance with all supply, receiving, marking, and warehousing requirements per prime contract.
• Maintain strict accountability of equipment and supplies via computerized systems.
• Ensure procurements align with DoD and company regulations.
