Job summary

Kaimetrix in Orlando, FL is seeking a Customer Service Technician to deliver comprehensive IT support for DoD mission systems. You will provide Tier 1–2 support, manage ServiceNow tickets, perform server and endpoint maintenance, and help ensure secure, stable operations across local and AUDS networks.

This role favors hands-on IT professionals who balance user assistance with proactive security and compliance tasks, in a multi-network environment under DoD standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in IT support or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and requests in ServiceNow with proper documentation.
• Provide multi-channel support via phone, email, MS Teams, and in person.
• Troubleshoot devices on local and AUDS networks, remotely or onsite.
• Image AUDS systems and perform hardware repairs including mobile devices.
• Install and troubleshoot AV equipment and network printers.
• Follow SOPs to ensure mission-aligned IT service delivery.
• Support offsite mission events with setup and on-site support.
