Job summary

Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a PC Support Technician to join our Fort Leavenworth, KS team. The role provides desktop and technical support to military, civilian, and contractor personnel, ensuring reliable IT operations in a DoD environment.

The candidate will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals, manage service tickets, and assist with technology refreshes while maintaining compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies.

Qualifications

Experience providing help desk and desktop support.
Knowledge of Windows workstation administration and support.
Active DoD clearance or eligibility is required.
IAT Level II certification or higher per DoD 8570.01-M/8140 requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide help desk and desktop support, diagnose issues, implement resolutions.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and relocate desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Imaging, software installations, patches, and OS configuration.
Coordinate with NEC and other IT teams for support.
Maintain IT asset inventories and documentation.
Provide on-call support outside normal hours.
