Job summary

Trideum Corporation is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide desktop IT support and service desk functions at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The role focuses on sustaining classroom instruction, staff and student IT systems, and cross-building campus support.

You will resolve hardware, software and account issues, manage imaging and patches, and ensure cybersecurity compliance while collaborating with IT teammates to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; degree may be waived with equivalent experience.
• 2 years of desktop support or systems administration experience.
• DoD 8570/IAT II certification; CompTIA Security+ CE minimum.
• US citizenship required and ability to pass background checks per AR 25-2.
• Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and enterprise desktop support.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for staff, faculty and students, addressing hardware/software and network issues.
• Track and close tickets in the CGSC ATSD ticketing system; escalate as needed.
• Support classrooms and conference rooms, including audiovisual and ed tech.
• Assist with system imaging, lifecycle, patching and remediation tasks.
• Maintain IA/DoD cybersecurity compliance and perform routine reporting.
