Job summary

Trideum Corporation is seeking a Systems Administrator – Desktop Support at Fort Leavenworth, KS to deliver reliable IT support for CGSC staff, faculty, and students across a multi-building campus.

You will resolve hardware, software, and account issues in person and remotely while supporting over 2,500 end-user systems and multiple networks. The role emphasizes cybersecurity compliance and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop support or systems administration experience.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT II certification (CompTIA Security+ CE minimum).
• Must meet AR 25-2 for IT Level II functions, including a Tiered 3 background check.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and enterprise desktop support.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for staff, faculty, and students including troubleshooting hardware/software, user accounts, and network connectivity.
• Track, document, and close tickets in the CGSC ATSD ticketing system, escalating as needed.
• Support classroom and conference room IT systems including audiovisual and educational technology.
• Assist with system imaging, lifecycle replacement, patching, and remediation tasks.
• Perform equipment validation, installation, and removal of IT hardware.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements, system security patching, and reporting.
• Deliver customer service in a professional, efficient, and effective manner.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve support processes and IT service delivery when required.
