Trideum Corporation is seeking a Systems Administrator – Desktop Support at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The role provides desktop and IT support for CGSC staff, faculty, and students, ensuring uninterrupted classroom instruction and mission readiness across multiple buildings.

Requirements include a IT degree, 2+ years of desktop support, DoD 8570-M IAT II (Security+ CE), and US citizenship. The team collaborates across IT to improve service delivery while complying with IA and DoD standards.

Qualifications

2+ years of desktop support or systems administration experience.
Degree may be waived based on equivalent experience.
Must meet AR 25-2 for IT Level II functions with a Tiered background check.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and enterprise desktop support.
Experience in a service desk or IT support role.
Strong troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Provide desktop support for staff, faculty, and students, including troubleshooting hardware/software and network connectivity.
Track, document, and close tickets in the CGSC ATSD ticketing system; escalate as needed.
Support classroom and conference IT systems, including audiovisual tech.
Assist with system imaging, lifecycle replacement, patching, and remediation tasks.
Perform equipment validation, installation, and removal of IT hardware.
Ensure cybersecurity requirements and patching compliance; generate reports.
