Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) seeks an experienced Business Operations Specialist to support NSWC Dahlgren, VA.

The role focuses on DoD IT procurement, coordinating cloud solutions, especially Microsoft Azure, to meet government hosting requirements. You will gather and document business needs, translate them into technical specs, manage procurement requests, SLAs, and vendor relationships, and work with government and industry stakeholders to ensure compliant, integrated cloud

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of experience supporting IT procurement activities.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearances (Interim Secret preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders, technical teams, government customers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage enterprise-level IT procurements in a DoD environment.
• Coordinate procurement activities using the DoD acquisition process.
• Prepare and track procurement requests through ITPR submissions.
• Develop, administer, and support SLAs with DoD customers.
• Manage relationships with commercial vendors and procurement tracking systems.
• Collaborate with government and industry stakeholders to gather program data.
• Gather and document business requirements for cloud-based systems (Microsoft Azure).
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and support cloud implementations.
