Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist with IT procurement expertise to support NSWC Dahlgren, VA.

The role covers enterprise DoD procurements, coordinating with stakeholders, and translating business needs into technical specs for cloud solutions, especially Microsoft Azure. The position requires a high school diploma, at least two years of IT procurement experience, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of relevant IT procurement experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent tasks and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage enterprise-level IT procurements in a DoD environment.
• Coordinate procurement activities and purchase items using the DoD acquisition process.
• Prepare, coordinate, and track procurement requests through the ITPR process.
• Develop, administer, and support service-level agreements with DoD customers.
• Manage relationships with commercial vendors and government stakeholders.
• Track software licensing in procurement tracking systems.
• Collaborate with government and industry stakeholders to gather program data.
