Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) seeks a .NET/Software Developer to deliver and maintain software in a DoD environment, on-site in Dahlgren, Virginia.

You will participate across the software lifecycle, translating customer requirements into functional solutions and providing ongoing support. The role emphasizes strong life-cycle management, modern UI/UX, and DevSecOps practices, with collaboration across Agile teams and customers.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification required at time of application.
• Interim DoD Secret clearance required to start; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• 3–7 years of experience with software development technologies as listed in requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain software functionality based on customer requirements.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance.
• Develop and support applications using .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and identify root causes; implement effective solutions.
• Apply modern architecture, responsive design, and UX principles.
• Work in a DoD environment and support DevSecOps pipelines.
• Use source control, conduct code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with customers and teams using Agile/Scrum processes.
• Support SharePoint-based solutions as needed.
