Job summary

MirLogic is seeking an Information Management Officer Support to provide IM/IT support to the ODCS, G-4 in both classified and unclassified environments, on-site in Alexandria, VA. You will liaise with JSP for IT services, support logistics IT applications, and manage hardware assets.

The role requires Security+ and 3–5 years in DoD IM/IT, plus experience with UAR, PKI tokens, and Remedy tickets. VTC facilitation and compliance duties are included.

Qualifications

• Security+ certification required.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting DoD IM/IT operations.
• Experience with UAR systems, PKI token management, and VTC systems.
• Remedy or similar ticketing platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide IM and IT support to ODCS, G-4 in classified and unclassified environments.
• Serve as liaison between ODCS, G-4 and JSP for IT services and equipment provisioning.
• Support IT operations for logistics, supply chain, and readiness functions.
• Maintain hardware/software asset accounting and lifecycle records.
• Provide VTC facilitator support for scheduled sessions and after-hours as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Army IT policy and audit readiness.
