Amentum seeks an HR Analyst II to support the DoD civilian HR programs at Ft. Belvoir.

You will work on manpower planning, organization, and performance management, providing contractual HR services across client locations. Ideal candidates have an active Secret clearance, a high school diploma with several years of personnel management experience, and strong data presentation skills using MS Office and MS Teams.

Formación

• Active Secret US Government clearance required.
• High School Diploma with five years of personnel management or related experience.
• Experience with DoD manpower programs and civilian personnel systems.
• Experience presenting data in MS Teams reports and MS Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Synthesize and edit agency instructions, policies and guidance.
• Review and maintain services manning rosters for accuracy.
• Assist manpower studies with AFMAA across locations.
• Support manpower actions through Joint Staff and Services.
• Manage in-house database tracking personnel distribution.
